I have an iPhone 6, and I am unable to receive vtext messages. A business that I do business with has been trying to send me messages, and I have not received them. To test the service, I have tried sending myself a vtext messages from my e-mail account, but I don't receive the message on my phone. Is there a setting that I have to change? Or does my account not support vtext? What do I need to do to fix this?
