***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why can't my device connect to 4G service off the cell tower? Was reliable for 10 years now i can't make or get calls.

I have tried to contact Customer Service online with no success. The only online support is for the Device itself, they agreed that it was the network and wanted me to call a network support number - Hello - I cant call out! Then they disconnected. I see that the network is bad all over maybe its too messed up to fix? I hope not.
