Why do I keep getting "Usage Allowances Update Failed" when I try to set a data limit using Family Base?

I have tried logging out and logging back in. I've cleared out cookies, cached data, etc. The device I was trying to set it on was off at the time. It's bad enough I have to pay $4.99 to do this and more frustrating that I subscribed to Family Base and can't accomplish the task. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can accomplish setting a data limit?

Supposedly, the Verizon IT people are looking at this issue. It is specific to one phone line. I am trying to set it to 3.6GB limit, but FamilyBase will not accept the change no matter what.
