Why does my T2000 drop calls? My older model didn't do this.

Being able to take calls without having to worry about them dropping on your home phone unit is essential, and I would be reaching out too if I were in your shoes. Let's work together and get to the root of the problem. First, I'd like to gather some more details regarding the dropped calls. How often is this occurring, and does this happen with a variety of contacts? Where is your unit located within your residence (near exterior wall, interior wall, window, etc.)? On the main LED screen, what is your signal strength currently showing?
