Why iPhones in my account rings just 5 times and how can change or reset it?

I have 3 iPhones in my account and all of they are just 5 rings incoming then it says "The wireless customer you are calling is not answering at this time."
Why it happens and how can I change or reset to not listen it?

The time for the phone ringing before it should go to voicemail is set at 30 seconds at the system level and can't be changed.
Sometimes changing the ringtone can help.
