Why is my order still processing?

I placed an order online on Thursday evening and it is still showing as processing. With 2 day shipping I would assume it would be here today. Can anyone help me with this?

Why 2-day? You guys have free overnight plastered under every smartphone on your website when shopping them.  Not a big deal to me just seems like false advertisement.

Yes this is the order number. [removed]. I'm ready to cancel & go with another company...especially if this is an indication of your customer service. One rep on chat said it would be shipped today. Another said today it's processing.
