My service with Verizon Wireless has been great, but I was out of town and have not paid my bill, went to the kiosk at Verizon Wireless Store located on [removed] and the kiosk rejected my check say I needed to write another check. Verizon wants to be top of the line in providing service, but they fail to keep kiosk in their stores working properly! Either get on the ball or you can take a set backwards. Your technological is getting to far ahead of you!

Was there any error message as to why it was rejected? Writing outside the lines or something? Was there a tear or some water damage? Did you try another check? Was it after hours and store help wasn't available?
