Will My Monthly Bill Be Cheaper After I Pay Off My Phone?

As the end of my 2 year contract is here I'm wondering if my monthly bill will drop by $30.00 because my phone is paid for.

The phone payment portion of the bill will be removed. A phone payment isn't a two year service contract. It is two year payment agreement.
