Within the past month, my Verizon service at home has been abyssmal. I'm dropping calls and my callers are telling me they can't understand what I'm saying. Phone works fine outside the home while traveling and worked fine until last month.

In ZIp Code 44028. Dropping calls and terrible voice quality is primarily
inside my home, but outside I'm now only getting 2 bars at best. Service
was much better both inside and out a couple months ago.
I'm using a one year old iPhone6.

Thanks for the additional info, photodb. i don't see any changes or reported issues in the area. Do others have issues in your home? Please power down your phone, remove the SIM for 2 minutes, reinsert the SIM, power on, and test. Keep me posted on the results.

I'm the only one with Verizon service in this household, so can't speak for
others.
Just removed the SIM and replaced it five minutes later. Seeing three bars
now inside, so hopefully we may be on to something here. I'll keep you
posted.

I'm sorry it dropped down to 2-bars phodb. This is not the experience we want you to have with our service. Is your software up to date? Have you downloaded any new apps that may be causing functionality issues?

Yes it's up to date and I regularly load apps, but even with nothing
running but the phone, I still have issues. I'm guessing it's the tower
not my phone, as it only happens here in the house.
