We did and upgrade to the IPhone 13.  Two phones were upgraded on the same order submission.  Each phone was given a different submission ID.

 

I have now spoken with Verizon three times about a failure on its part to properly give the $800 upgrade on one of the phones.  Verizon states the wrong phone for the submission ID was submitted.

 

This insane,!!! All my records, and those at My Account, show the correct submission ID and receipt.  We have had enough with Verizon.  We will change carriers and hopefully get better service.  Do not use Verizon ever.  Too many other choices out there.
