I am so sick of it.  I cannot even pay my bill anymore without calling.  Every single time I try to log in it says my password is wrong and it makes me create a new one EVERY SINGLE TIME.    I am just fed up.  I have been with Verizon for years but I am ready to just switch to another company.  All my phones were recently paid off.  I think it is time to make a move.

You also can use #PMT to make a payment right from your device as well.

I personally use the website everyday. I understand being able to use it. I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties. What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser? AmberF_VZW
