I ordered a couple of iPhones via chat sales and they shipped me the wrong ones. Even after I discussed and typed out the order for the representative. You would think it would be easy to return them, but no. In talking with the phone replace can't send out new until the new ones are return and can't waive or guarantee that I won't be charged a restocking fee. Of course her manager/supervisor might be able to help, they are not in and will call me tomorrow, which we know isn't going to happen. I'm at my wit's end with Verizon. Hands down they have the WORST customer service process ever. In addition to the wrongs phones I didn't even get the return label to mail my trade-ins. I know mistakes happen, but there should be better effort when you are dropping thousands of dollars on a product and service. It time to look at AT&T and T-mobile.
That was my original plan, but was having issues checking out. So, when the chat bubble popped up I figured why not. Apparently, I should have went with my gut and gone into the store. Either way the mistake doesn't bother, stuff happens and things are all out of sorts so I understand. Where I have the issue is the lack of making it right without the hoop jumping, merry-go-round nonsense they call customer service.
