XS MAX shipping info question

Placed and purchased an order on 4/11 for the XS Max -Pre-certified in Great condition. Product has not shipped yet still saying order processing.  The Chat is no help, one person told me back ordered but it is a pre certified phone. also the website says nothing about back ordered I don't understand any one having a delay in there phone order lately?
