I recently upgraded my phone and went to a Z-Wireless Premium Retailer. I didn't realize this until after the fact and now I am nervous that getting the phone through them is going to cause my problems with verizon. Has anyone gone this route, and has it caused issues with getting insurance and any billing issues?
Are they the same thing? The Z Wireless salesmen stated that they were both run through the same corporate overhead.
It's fine as long as it is a Verizon branded device. Keep in mind if you cancel service within 181 days they may have their own ETF involved to recoup the cost of commission they will lose on the contract.
Thanks I just keep reading reviews saying that Z-wireless is not legitimate and was just nervous I was going to have a future full of problems!
If you feel worried you can check with Verizon fraud department.
