I was trying to see if I could upgrade my cell phone online since I bought it online in the first place. But when I click "upgrade phone" it sends me to a page that says "The following activities are reserved for the Account Owner, the person financially responsible for the account. View / pay bill Check balance Upgrade phone Change calling plan Add a line of service" I only have 1 phone on this line, and I setup the account too. Is there a way I can set it up so that it will recognize me as the "account owner"?

Go to profiles and there is a option to change your line as account owner.

No there is NOT a way to change to account owner under Profile.
