annoying calls from verizon

I keep getting calls from 877-567-7862 all the time. You even called me very early in the morning. Now it is really annoying. If you don't stop calling me, then I will switch to other carrier.

Yes, I am 100% sure because I have talked to someone last week and told

her not to call me.

This forum? I read tons of discussions on this community per day and yours is the only I have seen in the past week about this topic. Unless you are referring to the scammers that have been plaguing Verizon Wireless customers for months.

This hasn't really been occurring recently. My best advice is to add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry.

The customer says it is happening.  I'm not sure how you can reply with any authority that it has not been happening recently.

Ann, I have gotten recorded messages from Verizon at 3:00 am telling me we have used 50% of our data. I tried to stop those calls, but they persisted. The iPhone finally solved that with "Do Not Disturb". I think the OP has a different problem. Probably a spammer.

Then you must have activated the alerts for usage on your MyVerizon account online. You can certainly change how the alerts are sent to you.
