bad signal

I have a Samsung 9 Note. The last two months I get a recording while driving to ATL. " The internet is not strong enough to make call" I have been making this drive every since I started your service and never got this message until recently. I have notice I do not get the same signal strength as I did in the past. The company seems to be cutting back on its signal.
