Help! I sent in two phones via UPS in Verizon's packaging with weigh bills - only 1 of them was received by Verizon. The other was never received. Both were put in the same drop box at the same time. Now Verizon is charging me $750!! They have NOT been helpful on the phone about this issue. They say they are "looking for it" but I just saw the charge on my bill! Help!

Yes but they were dropped in a UPS drop box - one was scanned in and the
missing phone was not.

I know it won't help now but I always take UPS shipments to one of their stores
for a live scan which provides the chain of possession. Once it goes into the drop
box there isn't any proof after that.

Don't ever put thing like that in drop box. Take to tot a actual UPS store and get it scanned. Also get insurance and delivery confirmation. That would have been a lot less than $750. If Verizon didn't get the phone they didn't get it.
