can I download pictures on my Spectrum 4G phone if I am not in a 4G area? I have a new SpectrumLG4G and it keeps saying unable to download at this time, please try again later, both when receiving and sending pictures.
Hi kathysnyder, I apologize for the delayed response as I understand how important it is to send and receive pictures of those special moments! Is your device picking up a 3G connection when this happens? Are your other data services working as normal? Are you able to send and receive text messages as normal? I am eager to continue working with you to get this resolved!
