Oh my! No service is no good. Let's get to the bottom of this. If your phones have a removable battery, can you please power off the phone, remove the back cover and battery for about 30 seconds. Then re-insert the battery, back cover and power on the device. If this does not resolve your issue with the device we would need to further troubleshoot your device. Please let us know what type of devices you have and your current zipcode to assist you.
