I have been a verizon customer for more than 6 months, & i have never been so unhappy with verizon. For the last 3 months its takes about 15-20 min for a rep to answer the call. When i have overages in my bill due to customer service changing plans they are not willing to credit there own mess & on top of that they are not willing to at least drop there prices on there plans. Many phone companies have deals going on except for verizon. they are not willing to go the extra mile for us customers. I have 4 lines, & for EACH line i have paid $125 deposit, my monthly is bill is 276.00 Every month but i get treated as if my money means shit to verizon. I am very disgusted with money hungry verizon. I am on the point of taking my service else where.

Take your service elsewhere.....getting Verizon to magically overnight have the best customer service won't happen.

Asking them to change their price won't happen either.

T-Mobile is buying out contracts right now, you just have to trade in your phones to T-Mobile for them to pay off the ETF.

Unfortunately you are one customer out of 120 Million. So yes there will be a wait.,

Verizon is closing customer service centers and consolidating these services. So again more wait time. Hey its life.

Customer service cannot change your plan without your consent. So if you OK'd the change you more than likely did not know what the consequences were going to be.

All the other providers will have you wait for customer service. If near a Verizon Wireless Corporate store stop in there and have them look at your issue.

Yes I will!! Its people like you that make customer service horrible. What a shame.

I'm not a Verizon employee, I am a customer just like yourself.

I was just stating if you are having bad experiences, why keep giving them your money? I know I wouldn't keep giving a company money if I don't like the way they do business.

Sorry if you didn't like my response but I was just being realistic.
