I need to know why Customer Service won't reply to my posts on Facebook. Same thing on Twitter and Private Messages. They just will not reply. If I get a reply on FB they say send us a private message. I do, they never reply back. I keep telling them they don't reply but it does no good. Who can I contact about this?

I've been waiting for a chat rep for over 40 min. now. Phone calls are a long wait as well.

I spent over 2hrs trying to get support on the phone or chat. Finally chat came open. Calling all I got was disconnected and the same prompts every time I called. Facebook does no good, Private Messages no reply, Twitter doesn't understand that I need support. I spell it out to them.

Call in the mornings or mid-day. DO NOT wait until afternoon or evening when the rest of America is off work too.
