In need of help with this.. do they have a emai? for the last month I have been on the phone every week just about 3 hours a day sometimes 2 to 3 days in a row with customer service and the fraud department going back and forth it has been a joke dealing with Verizon it took me a month to fix my account from a situation where a phone was  hi jacked they have now not fixed my bill of just 60 dollars.I called today after  noticing that it was not fixed and the customer service guy tells me I was still responsible for the bill I couldn't believe what I was hearing I'm so frustrated I want so badly just to go to a different company I'm at my wits end do they have an email complaint department I don't want to deal with them anymore...
