Called customer support to help with Billing issue, waited on hold for 32 mins then the person spoke mumbled and then chickens began clucking loudly in the background. I was surprised and asked, "chickens!?" She replied "Yes, I work home, and if you can't understand that, then I'm sorry." My question is this acceptable customer service for your company?

I too have had the most disrespectful service and have been battling customer service for months regarding a new defective phone exchange and them charging me twice for the same phone with no resolve. Been a customer for years and can't believe this kind of treatment for a loyal customer. Not happy in MI!!
