We cannot post links in here. But a couple suggestions. Buy the music kit for your phone and it will convert it. Or google exatly what your trying to do should give you a point in right direction.

Music files can be in the following format: aac, m4a, mp3 and midi. The files can not be protected files, or they may not work.
Furthermore I highly recommend you format your card in the phone prior to putting anything on the card. Files placed in the music folder can not be used for ringtones by the way.
If you are planning to just listen to music vs. use anything for ringtones, use the music folder. It can handle the mp3 tags as well.

Actually, I thought I had it all figured out for ringtones last night, but not quite. I discovered I'd accidentally put my midi files in the music folder instead of the sounds folder. Once I transfer them to the right folder on my sd card, my phone could see them. I then tried to do a save as ringtone, and the phone said it was set, but I can't see the newly saved ringtones listed. I even tried doing a save as ringtone with a preset train midi which came on the phone. It doesn't show up on the list either. I'm stumped. Seems like it should work. I'm about to call Verizon tech support. I know I can set a text attachment no problem. If anyone has some clue as to why this isn't working, please pass it on. I thought it might be a size issue, but the train sound is pretty small and that doesn't show up either.
