I have always had great coverage at my home on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Beginning ten days ago, I have bars but drop calls- usually 3-4 drops per call until I give up. I use my phone for business, so this is unacceptable. Numerous attempts for answers from Verizon have lead nowhere. This is happening to neighbors as well. Something is obviously going on. Since I can't get any help from Verizon, this public forum is my notification to Verizon that if the situation does not improve today, March 17, 2014, I will be terminating service with Verizon WITH NO EARLY TERMINATION FEES for all of my 6 devices.

Hey,
Sounds like a tower problem, if your neighbors are having dropped calls too. You stated you live along the Am Gulf Coast. I wonder if the sudden influx of spring break tourists put a strain on the local system? Since spring break is about over, I wonder if the problem gets better? Just curious...
