i traded in my device in March of 2021 they never gave me credit for that phone and now they play stupid nothing they can do i do not have the device

I traded in my iphone device in March of 2021

they never gave me credit for that phone

and now I went to the store asking for my credit 

they are playing stupid

they tell me there is nothing they can do

i do not have the device

of course they kept it

they are probably stealing phones 

how many other people they stole phones from

this is the 42nd st store in manhattan ny

the manager his name said is Colin would not provide his last name

very rude 

suggested i go look for the person who signed me in for the new plan in a different store

maybe she kept the phone?

anyway this is a tragedy is a $1000 dollar credit that either verizon is taking from me

or employees stealing  phones

anyway i want my credit i am paying too much for this plan already and 2 phones 

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
