iPhone trade in bait switch

In need of some help. I joined Verizon in January 2022 and traded in my iPhone X for an upgrade. I was told at the Verizon store I was going to get $800 for it and was quoted a plan at the store that showed a device credit being spread out amongst my device payments. I agreed to this. I recently realized I still was not getting the device credit for my trade in. I put in a support request and was told my phone was only worth $125 and was credited all at once. Talk about a bait and switch. I told the support team I required proof as to why my phone was devalued because there wasn't a scratch on it. It was in perfect condition. They said they would get back to me, and I have yet to hear back. I set up a support call, and Verizon blew me off. No one called me back. Has anyone dealt with this? How did you get Verizon to give you what your phone was worth? At this point, I consider my phone stolen because I was not properly compensated and Verizon has breeched its side of the agreement.
