When did Verizon stop putting the phone numbers for incoming calls on the bill/online call log? If I need these for accounting/tax purposes to delineate business calls, what do I do if I can't see the numbers that came in? The phone only holds so many and I don't know how to print those out from a phone.

They didn't stop as far as I know. Mine all show up in the logs. Unless they are phishing numbers, then somehow the scammers manage to get those blocked out to all zeros.

SallyMae, I want you to be able to get the info you need. The incoming calls should show on your account details, but if the caller restricted their number it would show unavailable. Are any incoming calls showing? What do you see in place of the number? Also, are you viewing a previous bill or current/unbilled usage data?

None of my incoming calls are showing in the account details for either of my Verizon phones. I rarely get a restricted call and the incoming numbers do show up in my phones, just not on my account details. I was pretty sure the information was showing up a few months ago. I just went and checked current usage data and previous usage data for last month. The incoming numbers are on neither. I have not checked any further back but I can if you need me to. Thank You,
Angela

I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say "follow me" and send a direct message. How do I "follow" and send a direct message?

Before you can send someone a direct message, you have to send a follow request. Just hover your mouse over 'Verizon Wireless Customer Support' and click on follow. keep an eye on your account because he'll send a follow request back. Once you accept, you'll be following each other and able to direct message each other

In his posts, his name was not clickable. How did you 'link' his name in your post?

It is called an @ mention. See the link below for how to use it.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
