I have multiple phones in my account. All our contacts seem to be merged together. Is it possible to have individual contacts for each phone?

Are you using the same Apple ID or Gmail account on all the phones?

I guess i would have to say yes. There is one account with multiple phones (android) and the account has only the one email address.

Each user should have their own Google account or Apple ID.

FMWMAC, we don't want there to be any confusion when it comes to the contacts appearing on your devices. I welcome the opportunity to assist you with your contacts inquiry. I just need a few additional details to do so appropriately. Are the contacts merged in all the phones on your account or only when viewing them online via the Verizon Cloud tool for the Account Owner number? If showing the same contacts on each device, do you know if each user has their own My Verizon Mobile account registered for their individual phone numbers or are they all logging in with the Account Owner access? Also, what is the make and model of your android devices since you can have a cloud backup of contacts or Gmail backup when choosing where the contacts will backup to?

OK. I've rectified my ignorance by talking to tech support. I understand now that each # can have it's own log in. (user name and PW). there by accessing there own cloud information. I thought it had to all be done through the main Verizon (billing) acct. I appreciate all of your time and effort to help me.
Thanks,
Mark

We're so glad to hear that your contacts have now been organized in the way that you needed them to be. We know the confusion that can happen when there are multiple contacts The information that you were given through Tech Support is spot on. I recently upgraded my phone and I had to tweak my accounts too, so I could remove any duplicates.
