I just purchased a new prepaid Verizon phone today got a new SIM and number but still used the same my Verizon information. I've been trying to set up my intergrated messaging on my tablet but I keep getting an error message. Is it too soon to be setting up integrated messaging or is there another issue?

They'll be able to straighten out your messaging service! Please dial 888-294-6804 from a number other than your prepaid phone to reach a representative who can further assist you.
