We recently traded in two iPhone Xs with a trade in promo value of $850 each. Your site indicates the phones arrived on Sept 9 and that the phones matched what was expected to be sent in. Your site indicates a $0 trade in value for each which makes no sense given the units were in mint condition and that, per your site, the phones matched what you expected to receive. Please provide an explanation or an eta for when the credits will be applied to my account. We are feeling a bit duped as we only ported to VZ to take advantage of this promo. As it took more than one week for VZ to mail us the boxes for the trade we are now outside of the 14-day cancellation window and no longer have our old phones. This practice feels very deceptive.
