is humanity and courtesy non existent now

verizon may be top dog, but i all but given up calling for help on any issue, much less chat. i can't anymore tolerate my terms of communication being cut off or overrun by support. i have a great device, and that's where it ends.the support is circular and always transferred, and never resolved. so call history is non existent. i might as well tape issue and reply, because its repeating same issue endlessly. how many more agree on this reasonable question.im ols school and remember respect, now its non existent. maybe 1 out of 30 i get one that knows the same.

What, exactly us your point? And if you are that dissatisfied why are you still posting here?

Because other responsible and ethical people will respond and find a solution to end rudeness when trying anything in verizon.i for one speak up since i'm a grown adult, and only respond to logical questions. thank you for your response.

IT may be time for you to let sleeping dogs lie and move on.

Sorry, it's just a part of life.  When companies get big, customer service is pointless.  To any big company, you're just one customer out of millions.
