[removed] Network Trouble Ticket was opened a couple weeks ago on this. Still having issues across our entire organization using Verizon devices. Uplink is fast at >15Mbps, with downlink still at or below 2Mpbs.
How do we check the status of that network trouble ticket?

Have you received a confirmation text message or e-mail regarding the resolution for that ticket? Did you submit this troubleticket by contacting us by phone on your personal or business wireless account?
