I recently switched by wireless service to Verizon. I have never been so disgusted with the customer service and support. One of the two new phone i purchased quit working in about 3 weeks. Now I am getting a run around from the local store, customer support and anyone else I have attempted to resolve this issue with.  

CAN'T GET A NEW PHONE, CAN'T GET ANY RESPECT AS A NEW CUSTOMER, NO ONE CAN HELP ME.  

This is ridiculous.

Stores only care about sales and CS is primarily for billing issues. If your phone is having problems and there's no physical damage, you request tier 2 for a free warranty replacement.

Remember, carriers don't make the phones so this could have happened with any provider.
