can some one walk me threw my phone to make sure im the dumb one and not my new phone. when i call the person on the other end cant hear me or im very faint. YES the volume is up. No speaker is not on...cant figure it out i have a new LG Blue and always has EV TX with lines at the top. it folds open. my husband got it for me and it think its a enve thank you
