Are you the account owner? If so, you can call CS or stop by a Verizon corporate store and have them cancel the line. Keep in mind, if the line is under contract, you would be liable for any ETF. If the line is under an Edge agreement, you would be liable for any remaining device payments.

you might be want to make device islost stolen list so it cant be used
