The e-mail option was replaced by chat earlier this year; you also can contact Customer Service via social media, or visit your local Corporate Verizon store.  You also may want to search this forum for help, or post your concern/issue.

i have tallked to chat. have talked to the store and the phone number.. now 28 different reps..  unable to talk to the same person twice. just trying to get the defective phone i bought in september replaced.  the inconsistency is atrocious. i am just trying to send them a letter explaining my situation and frustration. i was given an email of a supervisor she is not working today. the answer i was given was to mail a letter to the correspondence team. .. snail mail. that is the only solution i was offered, in 2013 that is the solution?   should i just post the email here?

This is a peer-to-peer forum, so posting the e-mail will result in only other customers seeing it rather than Verizon reps.  You might try going to this link:

Region Leadership | Verizon Wireless | Verizon Wireless

and chose the manager for your region.  Click on their View Profile button, then scroll to the bottom of their bio and click their name (in blue next to Contact).  You then could send them your concerns.

thanks tikibar, however that doesn't work either.. "503 service unavailable" . tried twice. i don't know if posting here will help my situation at all, i am hoping that no one ever has to go through all that i have been dealing with.

today is the third day. another 5 hours today. totals almost 20 hours of phone calls, store visits and chat discussions this week. All because I purchased a phone in September that has never functioned correctly. absolutely insulting. I do not believe that Verizon has a customer's interest as a concern at all.

28 different reps and your issue isn't solved? I don't mean to sound rude however you probably keep calling back not because your question was unanswered but because you don't like the answer your getting.

Agreed. The initial post was 3 hoirs ago and the issue has yet to be posted. I find it quite odd you would speak to that many people without a resolution.

yes, I have indeed spoken with 28 different customer service rep.s, today is the 29th. and yes, i do not agree with the answer i am getting. I purchased a new phone in september, it is not functioning, and has not been, "fatal error" per tech support. they have finally sent me a replacement phone, and i received it a day and a half after it was "guaranteed" to arrive. the replacement phone is refurbished, i paid for a new phone, i would simply like to have a new phone to replace it.  or a refund to equal the difference in price btw purchasing a new phone vs. used..   i do not think i am being unreasonable, however, there are many people who read and reread policies on the phone. there is no way to contact the same rep. twice, so that one does not have to explain themselves again. no way to email anyone. the worst customer service i have ever dealt with ever.

@pherson,

three hours later is a miniscule amount of time in this disaster that verizon customer service has created. the problems i have had have gone on for a month. the 29 discussions have been over a period of now four days, now over 20 hrs (at least ) of phone time , that does not include trips to the store.  i hope that neither you or anyone else in the world ever has a problem with your phone or service that requires assistance from a service rep., instead just contact me, i am more well versed in the policies and procedures of verizon products and service than most of the first level of phone answerers at this point.  good luck to you

It would be nice to get a brand new phone as a replacement. But Verizon and every other cell phone company I know doesn't do that. You keep calling hoping they will get you a brand new replacement phone, but all 28 reps were right, you can't get one. You're wasting your time calling over and over because no matter who you speak the answer will be the same. They simply can't do it, and there is no way around it. If you get a replacement, it's a refurbished model, that's how they do it. It's not bad customer service, you just keep asking for something that can't be done. It would be the same as asking a used tire shop to get you a new tire. They just can't do it. Bottom line.
