I just switched from AT&T over to Verizon with my company's new plan. I have horrible reception in my apartment, which is an english basement in a row home, although not extremely below ground and can barely hold a phone call without it dropping nor receive texts on time either. With AT&T I never had any issues with reception in my home or neighborhood. I have also noticed that when parking on my street I often drop calls or lose reception as well. Is there anything I can do to fix this?? It's become quite frustrating and unreliable :-/. My zipcode is 20001 and I have an Iphone 6. Thank you!!!
