I live and work in zip code 84782 Veyo, Utah. We had an icy snow storm on Sunday Jan 22 and since then myself and all of my neighbors have gone from strong 4G to not even being able to send a phone call and rarely receiving texts. I have also had neighbors in the 84733 zip code Gunlock, Utah that can only send out texts. Is there a way for Verizon to look into this?
From a landline, call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 to report the issues and open a trouble ticket for them to investigate the tower.
