***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I called today for help with my Disney plus account. Rodney from "tech support " started arguing with me over what I've been doing for 6 months. When I asked for a manager he has the NERVE to ask me if I want to purchase a upgraded tech support program. He needs to be fired or start picking up cigarette butts in the parking lot.  Before you lose another customer.

Agree many bad ones there including supervisor and manager but nothing happens to them

And what exactly does a Verizon rep have to do with Disney? All Verizon's involvement is providing the subscription. If there is an issue with it, you contact Disney+ support.
