I keep getting this error message whenever I try to call a specific person... the number I'm calling is not a wireless number though (it's a landline), there's no reason it should be unavailable. Any idea what the problem might be?
I love a good mystery, and I agree it’s strange to hear the recording saying you’re calling a wireless number when it’s not a wireless number. Let’s see if we can turn over some clues to discover what’s going on. Have you had an opportunity to call the specific number from another phone? If so, then what happened? One idea on why the recording states “wireless customer” is that they have immediate call forwarding set up so that all calls are transferred to a wireless number.
