"Verizon cloud feature is restricted in accordance with the verizon wireless information security policy"

What does this mean? I uploaded photos and video from my phone so I could download them to my computer. But it won't even let me view the pictures/video, download them onto my computer, or delete them. I've logged out and back in and looked for similar situations but it looks like no one actually got a straight answer or help. I heard that this was a security measure to stem unauthorized access to pictures/videos. But how do I fix it???

I am currently having the same message appear when trying to access, view, delete content from the Cloud. Did no one answer you when you had this issue?
