I have been using Verizon for two or three months with no problems with a new Motorola 4G+. This morning someone tried unsuccessfully to leave me a voice mail. I tried to check voice mails and keep getting a message that I am not authorized to use the voice mail service. I went on line to my account and it still says that voice mail is included in my service. Any suggestions? Thanks!

We know how important it is to have access to your voice mail SIB3L5 . Have you updated your plan recently? Is this a new phone you're using? Have you tried calling your voice mail from a different phone by dialing your ten-digit number and selecting the star key. You will be asked for your password. If you continue to have issues, we may need to reset the voicemail in our system.
