Help recovering phone numbers!
2 phone numbers in our acct were not moved from business acct to consumer acct along with our others.
they are still available-but after over 14 hours on phone with customer serive over 2 days, and multiple holds, transfers, bounced between consumer and business depts, and promises- we still do not have our service on those two lines
Someone must be able to help us get our numbers onto our consumer acct!! thank you!
