For the last 4 months or so since I purchased a couple Ringback Tones and am unable to access my Ringback Tones either on this website or on the "Verizon Tones" app on my Samsung Galaxy S5 that was preloaded on my phone.

There is nothing online to "Manage Ringback Tones", and when I use the app on my phone to "Manage Ringback Tones", then click to "Subscribe" it loads and then I get an ALERT saying " Your Ringback Tones purchase has failed due to a feature conflicts on your device. Tones is not compatible with Advanced Calling 1.0 If you do not have Advanced Calling 1.0, please contact customer service. ERROR CODE:248

What phone do you have?  If you have the update and feature for Advanced Calling, it looks like you need to make a choice to use the advanced calling or ringback tones.  Smiley Sad 

There should be a setting on your phone to turn off the Advanced calling.
