I feel you... I have been chatted with them on the phone and no one seems to fix the problem. I have an opened trouble ticket... It is going on a month, and the classical music still on my phone. Hope I get a credit for the inconvenience. I also told them that like me, there are tons of people complaining about it on this site and on playstore.... They act like they do not know what I am talking about. This is unacceptable! I bet if i delay my monthly payment, they will be quick to send me to collections!
