I purchased a ringtone from Verizon tones on my galaxy note 4 and I cant find it anywhere. It says to go to my music inbox and download it but I have no idea what or where that is. It is not in my downloads or any music apps. Someone please help!

See if this helps:
There's also ringtones available free via apps such as ZEDGE™ Ringtones & Wallpapers - Android Apps on Google Play . You also can use any .mp3 file as a ringtone; just place it in the Ringtones folder of your phone's internal memory.

Are you using the Verizon ringtone app?
The left button on the bottom when you're in the Verizon ringtone app. Hold it. It won't just give you the recent open apps it will give you a menu and there will be a download button and there it is.
