we are having alot of problems with no service or very poor service in north east Kansas , northern Nemeha County to be exact. we went from having 2 to 3 bars to none or 1 in the last few days! cant even send out a text half the time. what is going on?????

Thanks for the zip code, shuls! I've checked in with our Network Repair teams about this but here haven't been any reports of issues in that area. Has this matter since been resolved? If not, please allow me to assist! I understand that your service strength indicator bars have changed from 2 to 3 down to 0 to 1, but I need to know about which services you normally use and how the quality of the services have changed. Does this impact calls, messages, data or a combination of them? What model device do you use? Can you describe what happens when you try to use services?
