We are getting terrible signal in our neighborhood in Durham 27713 by hills of southpoint. how can we get someone at verizon to look into helping

The bad signal is across the entire neighborhood outside.

it’s been happening for a while.   just finally tired of it.. dropped calls, loss of internet connectivity..
